We had a challenging Installation of our heat pump hot water system, due to the nature of our site, and Matt was very happy to do a specific install that suited our needs, as he clearly understood how the system worked. We had a few teething issues in terms of configuring our hot water system, but Matt was extremely patient and resolving any issues until we were satisfied.
